Description of the collection
The subject area covered by these pamphlets lies broadly within the Haddon Library's field of Archaeology and Anthropology. They include unpublished drafts of papers, interim excavation reports, guidebooks from the last century and a half, and some publications of colonial governments. Much of the older material is of interest not only for the information it gives about its subjects, but also for the light it sheds on the authors and the attitudes of their times.
